The Dashboard

Your Mentor Dashboard is like your trading command center. Here, you can watch progress of up to five mentees at once.

Color coded P&L charts? Yep! Hover-over date-specific P&L data? Oh yes! And all the crucial stats? Absolutely!

Whether you’re keen to see their Net P&L, Win Rate, or Average Win/Loss, it’s all there, organized and ready to inform your next mentor move.

Deep Dive into a Mentee’s Account

While your Mentor Dashboard provides a great way to get an overview of your mentees’ performance, we’ve also included a way for you to go even deeper into their trading data.

Notice the Play icon beside each Mentee?

Clicking on this icon redirects you to a “Playing” version of their account where you’ll be able to access their TradeZella account from the Dashboard, to their Notebook, Playbooks, and beyond! It’s like you’re right there with them, guiding every step of the way.

Getting Started - Inviting Mentees

1. The Email Way: Simply punch in your students’ email addresses. In seconds, they’ll get a personalized invite from [email protected]. Not yet a TradeZella user? No problem! They get a signup link too.

   

2. The Link Way: Prefer to send a group invite or have a team chat? Generate a unique invite link, and you’re good to go! Clicking on the link redirects them to the Mentee Mode dashboard where they can find your Mentorship request under “Requests”.

   
   

Mentor Privileges

On the Mentor Dashboard, there’s a list of your mentees—both those who’ve given the nod and those still deciding. Dive deep into their TradeZella account. And, (here’s the cool part) leave notes or feedback directly in their journals. Craft Notebook Folders or Templates to keep things streamlined.

Managing the List

You have the ability to cancel invites and remove mentees from your list. Simply select all or individually select the mentees you’d like to remove, click on the settings icon, and click Delete.

You can also cancel a pending invitation by clicking the x button.
Note: that this action cannot be undone.

Act 1: Alex sends Jordan a mentorship invitation on TradeZella after attending one of his webinars. Within hours, Jordan accepts.

Act 2: From his Mentor Dashboard, Jordan starts by using the play icon to review Alex's performance from the week. He notices a pattern. Alex seems to struggle particularly during the market's opening hour.

Act 3: Jordan observes that Alex frequently jumps into trades just minutes after the market opens, often without clear strategies in place. Using the notebook feature, Jordan leaves a detailed feedback note in Alex’s mentor folder, suggesting patience and emphasizing the importance of waiting for clear setups, especially during market open.

Act 4: Alex reviews the feedback and, in the following weeks, starts making deliberate efforts to follow Jordan’s advice. Not only does he begin to see improvements in his opening hour trades, but his overall confidence grows as well.

Act 5: Over time, Alex starts using the Notebook Template Jordan created specifically for him. This template helps Alex structure his thoughts before trades, ensuring he's not jumping in out of impulse. With Jordan’s guidance and TradeZella’s Mentor Mode, Alex embarks on a transformative trading journey.
